Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before you use the Dollarbuddy app. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by the Terms.

1. Use of the App

You should be above the age of 13 and of legal capacity to enter into legally binding agreement to use Dollarbuddy. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes.

2. User Accounts

You are in charge of protecting your login credentials
You agree to deliver the information correct and updated
It is prohibited to imitate someone else or to pretend to be somebody.

3. Features and Functionality

Dollarbuddy provides tools for:

Currency conversion
Expense tracking
Budget management
Data export and reports

These facilities are provided “as-is” and can be changed or discontinued at any time.

4. Subscription and Fees (if applicable)

Some features may be available through a subscription that is paid. If so:

Fees are billed in advance
You can cancel whenever you wish but are given no refunds for partial periods

5. User Content

You have rights to your data. By utilizing Dollarbuddy, you allow us the right to use personal and aggregated data to enhance the app.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and features and technology contained within the app belong to Dollarbuddy or its licensors. The app content cannot be reproduced and distributed without permission.

7. Termination

You may be denied or have your access to the app withdrawn if you break these Terms or behave perversely.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dollarbuddy is offered “as is” with no warranty of any kind. We are not liable for loss of money or data error in case the app is utilized.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and save Dollarbuddy harmless from any claims or damages arising out of your use of the app, or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are subject by the laws of government of Nepal, without regard to conflict of law principles.
